The most reliable way to acquire snacks is through Gulliver's Ship.
Gulliver's Ship Guide:
Sending Gulliver to special "gold islands" (identified by Villager Maps) yields the best results. Completing a special island awards 20 Gold Treats. If you've already collected all Villager Maps, focus on Isle of Style islands for a guaranteed 3 Gold Treats per visit, plus a 3-Treat completion bonus.
Remember:
- You can only see three islands at a time. A daily free refresh is available.
- Different islands offer different snacks. Use the magnifying glass to preview an island's snack rewards before sending Gulliver. Longer expeditions (6 hours) generally yield more treats. Piano Island, for example, offers all three Tart snack varieties.
- Gulliver requires cargo. Craft items in your furniture catalog; exotic-themed furniture increases your chances of finding exotic snacks on Exotic Island.
