Ford Mobile Vehicle Diagnostics
Ford DiagNow delivers diagnostic capabilities in a compact, user-friendly package, allowing users to resolve vehicle issues quickly without requiring a full diagnostic scan tool and laptop.
Using the Ford DiagNow application, you can:
• Retrieve and decode the Vehicle Identification Number into detailed model information
• Read and clear Diagnostic Trouble Codes from all equipped vehicle electronic control modules
• Access live data parameters directly from the vehicle
• Monitor the vehicle network in real-time
• Program keys*
• Retrieve the factory keyless entry code*
• View service bulletins and messages related to Diagnostic Trouble Codes detected in the vehicle
All of these functions are compatible with any 2010 or newer Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicle.
Requirements:
• Users must have a valid Ford Dealer account or Ford Motorcraft account with an active Ford DiagNow subscription
• Ford VCM Lite is the required interface for performing diagnostic functions with the vehicle
