Meet the Hyundai Digital Key. This feature lets you conveniently access and control your compatible vehicle right from your smartphone. You can also create, share, and manage digital keys, allowing friends or family to use your car. With Hyundai Digital Key, you can:
Lock, unlock, and start your Hyundai (requires NFC)
Just tap your smartphone on the door handle to lock or unlock your car. To start the engine, place your phone on the wireless charging pad.
Control your vehicle remotely via Bluetooth
Hyundai Digital Key uses Bluetooth technology for remote control. Use the app to remotely start or stop the engine, lock/unlock doors, activate panic mode, or open the trunk from a distance.
Share and manage digital keys
Easily create and send a digital key to grant vehicle access to others. Once they accept the invitation, they can use the Hyundai Digital Key app within the permissions and time frame you set. You can also pause your digital keys or delete shared ones via the app or MyHyundai.com.
