Honkai: Star Rail Leaks Reveal Anaxa's Versatile Gameplay

Recent leaks from Honkai: Star Rail offer a glimpse into the anticipated gameplay of Anaxa, a new character slated for Amphoreus. These leaks suggest Anaxa will bring significant utility to teams, boasting a diverse skillset.

Anaxa is one of several "Flame-Chaser" characters from Honkai Impact 3rd making their debut in Star Rail's fourth playable world, Amphoreus. Following the release of Herta and Aglaea (Version 3.0) and Tribbie and Mydei (Version 3.1), leaks now point towards Anaxa as a future addition to Amphoreus' roster. While HoYoverse has remained tight-lipped about Anaxa's abilities, the leaks paint a picture of a powerful and flexible character.

According to leaks from Honkai: Star Rail leaker Hellgirl, Anaxa's abilities will offer significant team support. Similar to Silver Wolf, he'll be able to exploit enemy weaknesses. He'll also possess the capability to delay enemy actions, a valuable tactic in challenging battles. Furthermore, Anaxa's kit is expected to include offensive capabilities, potentially reducing enemy defense and boosting damage output for himself or his allies. A specific release date for Anaxa remains unconfirmed.

Anaxa's rumored abilities appear to blend the strengths of several popular Star Rail characters. His weakness application mirrors Silver Wolf's flexibility, while his defense reduction resembles Pela's utility. His action-delaying mechanic is reminiscent of characters like Silver Wolf and Welt.

The combination of support and offensive capabilities positions Anaxa as a potentially game-changing addition to Honkai: Star Rail. The current meta features dominant support characters like Ruan Mei and Robin, along with newer additions like Sunday and Fugue. With Tribbie's damage-focused support already anticipated in Version 3.1, Anaxa's leaked abilities suggest he could significantly alter the game's meta upon his arrival.
