by Peyton Jan 14,2025

Careers play a big role in Candywriter’s BitLife. They not only allow you to pursue your dream profession in the game but also help you earn a good amount of in-game money. Some careers even help you complete specific steps in weekly challenges. One of the most rewarding options is becoming a Brain Surgeon.

Like Mortician and Marine Biologist, Brain Surgeon is a great career path for Bitizens. It’s also one of the requirements for the Brains and Beauty Challenge. Plus, you can also pick it up to finish science-based challenges. This guide will help you learn how to become a Brain Surgeon in BitLife.

How To Become A Brain Surgeon In Bitlife

To become a Brain Surgeon in BitLife, you need to complete Medical School and secure a job as a Brain Surgeon. To begin, create a custom life with any name, gender, and country. If you have the premium pack, make sure to select ‘Academic’ as your special talent. Once you're set, start aging up until you reach Primary or Elementary School, and then work on your grades. Being a good student is important if you want to get into higher education.

To improve your grades, go to ‘School,’ click on your institute, and select the ‘Study Harder’ option. Bitizens can also raise their Smarts stats by clicking on the ‘Boost’ option and watching a video when it appears.

Next, repeat the same step when you enter Secondary School. Don’t forget to keep your Happiness stats high so it doesn’t mess with your character’s progress.

Upon finishing Secondary School, apply for university from the pop-up screen, and choose Psychology or Biology under the ‘Pick Your Major’ section. After that, you need to study harder every university year. Once you’ve graduated, go to Occupation, tap on Education, and apply for Medical School.
