Drug Dealer Simulator Schedule I continues to captivate players as one of Steam's top-played games. Its developer, Tyler, has just released the first significant post-launch update, version 0.3.4, which is currently available for testing on the beta branch. This update will be fully released after a brief testing period, but players can opt into the beta to experience the new features immediately.
According to Tyler's announcement on the game's Steam page, the beta version doesn't include all the features that will be in the full release. He plans to add more decorative objects on April 8th. However, the urgency to release the beta stems from a desire to allow players to thoroughly test new wall-mounted objects and the pawn shop interface.

Upon its launch, Schedule I became the top-selling game on Steam, surpassing the likes of Monster Hunter Wilds, GTA 5, and Marvel Rivals. Its viral spread across social media, Twitch, and YouTube has attracted a massive player base. In the game, players start as small-time drug dealers in the gritty city of Hyland Point and aim to become kingpins, managing drug manufacturing and distribution, and expanding their empire through properties, businesses, and hiring employees.
Developed and published by TVGS, an Australian indie developer led by Tyler, Schedule I's explosive launch has been described as "amazing but pretty overwhelming." Tyler expressed his surprise at the game's reception in a Reddit post, stating, "I never expected this kind of response! At the moment I’m just trying to stay focused and get patches out ASAP. Also looking forward to getting started on content updates as soon as all major bugs are patched."
