Mastering Energy Crystal Acquisition in Fisch: A Comprehensive Guide
The Northern Expedition update introduced Fisch, a challenging location with substantial rewards. This guide details how to obtain all four Energy Crystals required to access the Heaven's Rod, a top-tier in-game tool.
What are Energy Crystals?
Energy Crystals are crucial quest items needed to solve the Glacial Grotto puzzle, unlocking the Heaven's Rod storage location. Four crystals are required.
Blue Energy Crystal Location
The easiest to find. Located near the mountain base. Climb the mountain's left side from the Northern Summit until you reach a campsite. A small cave contains the crystal, frozen in ice. A Pickaxe (available at the next campsite) is needed to retrieve it.

Green Energy Crystal Location
Located in a large cave with a pond, to the right of the second campsite where you can buy a Pickaxe. Interact with the "???" NPC within the cave to obtain the crystal.

Yellow Energy Crystal Location
The most challenging to obtain. It only appears during the Avalanche event (triggered randomly or via the Totem). Find the ledge between the second and third campsites. The Totem costs 150,000 C$.

Red Energy Crystal Location
Obtainable last. After collecting the other crystals, speak with the NPC near the mountaintop's large crystals. You must activate red buttons on five islands: Moosewood Island, Snowcap Island, Forsaken Shores, Roslit Bay, and Ancient Isle. Return to the NPC; you can then purchase the crystal for 250,000 C$ or attempt to steal it (not recommended due to negative consequences).
Final Step:
Once all four crystals are collected, insert them into the large crystals atop the mountain to unlock the Heaven's Rod. Be prepared for a 1,750,000 C$ cost.
