You don't need third-party trackers to know the Marvel Rivals meta

Marvel Rivals' inaugural competitive season is on the horizon, and the game's popularity is exploding! Even Tim Sweeney's positive comments speak volumes about its appeal.

What's truly remarkable is the developers' commitment to player transparency. NetEase's release of hero win and pick rate data makes tracking the game's meta significantly easier.

This eliminates the need for players to rely on third-party data sources to assess hero strength. Currently, Doctor Strange dominates the top-tier meta with a 34% pick rate and a 51.87% win rate. Mantis and Luna Snow round out the top three most popular heroes.

However, Hulk, Magik, and Iron Fist boast the highest win rates. Interestingly, Hulk is slated for a nerf in the first season, while Magik receives a buff. This disparity likely stems from Hulk's significantly higher pick rate – roughly double that of Magik.

Marvel Rivals is clearly a frontrunner in the current gaming landscape, and the developers show no signs of slowing down.
