In Dune: Awakening, exploration is at the heart of survival. Players are tasked with traversing the daunting dunes to collect crucial resources needed for crafting essential shelters and vehicles, including combat-ready ornithopters. To streamline the resource-gathering process, players can use a scanner, and by placing probes on high ground, they can uncover key points of interest across the map.
These points of interest can include everything from crashed spacecraft to abandoned outposts. Accessing these locations often demands creativity, with tools like grappling hooks, power belts, and specialized gear playing a crucial role. The early access launch of Dune: Awakening is scheduled for May 20, available exclusively on PC. Console versions for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S will be released later.
