The Story of Eldgear:
Argenia, transitioning from medieval times to a magical era, finds itself a melting pot of hundreds of nations vying for control of powerful ancient technology. Following a brutal war, a fragile peace prevails, constantly threatened by the potential resurgence of conflict.
Enter Eldia, a global task force central to the narrative. Their mission: to prevent the misuse of these ancient weapons and machines. Eldia meticulously researches, monitors, and controls access to the powerful ruins.
Gameplay:
Eldgear boasts a strategic turn-based combat system enhanced by unique mechanics. The EMA (Embedding Abilities) system allows equipping three abilities per unit, offering tactical flexibility with stat boosts and abilities like Stealth. EXA (Expanding Abilities), unlocked by maximizing Tension, unleashes devastating special moves. The enigmatic GEAR machines, ranging from protective guardians to dangerous foes, add another layer of complexity.
