One-Winged Angel Soars onto the Louis Vuitton Runway

The iconic Final Fantasy VII soundtrack, "One-Winged Angel," made a surprise appearance at the Louis Vuitton Men's Fall-Winter 2025 Fashion Show, creating an unforgettable fusion of high fashion and video game music.

A Live Orchestra Performance

The show opened with a powerful rendition of "One-Winged Angel," performed live by an orchestra as models showcased the latest Louis Vuitton menswear collection. This unexpected choice, orchestrated by creative director Pharrell Williams, stood out amongst the predominantly pop-focused soundtrack featuring artists like The Weeknd, Playboy Carti, Don Toliver, SEVENTEEN, and BTS' j-hope. While Williams composed or co-wrote the other tracks, the inclusion of Nobuo Uematsu's masterpiece, "One-Winged Angel," remains a captivating mystery – perhaps a testament to Williams' personal appreciation for the iconic score.

The full show is available to view on the official Louis Vuitton YouTube channel.

Square Enix's Delightful Surprise

Square Enix expressed their excitement on the official Final Fantasy VII X (Twitter) account, stating, "We're more than happy to hear music director Pharrell Williams and team have included One-Winged Angel in the Louis Vuitton Men Fall-Winter 2025 Fashion Show!" The tweet included a link to the livestream video.
