Epic Games has officially unveiled the exciting new Battle Pass skins for Fortnite's upcoming season, titled "Wanted." This season promises an adrenaline-pumping experience centered around heists, complete with gun-toting villains, gold-filled vans, and explosive bank vaults—everything you'd expect from a high-stakes robbery.

Set to kick off on February 21, the "Wanted" season will feature a thrilling collaboration with the iconic fighting franchise, Mortal Kombat. Fans can look forward to Sub-Zero joining the Battle Pass, perfectly complementing the season's heist theme with his chilling presence.

This collaboration coincides with the promotion of the upcoming film, Mortal Kombat 2, which stars Karl Urban as Johnny Cage and Adeline Rudolph as Kitana. The new skins will be available for purchase using V-Bucks, Fortnite's premium currency, with each character priced at 1,500 V-Bucks, maintaining the standard pricing.

Confirmed to return are fan-favorite items like the Flare Gun, C4, and the Diplomat turret. While other weapons remain unconfirmed, speculation is rife among players, with many hoping to see the return of the EMP Grenade, classic SMGs, the Tommy Gun, and even the Grappler from the previous heist-themed season, Chapter 4 Season 4. However, these are currently just rumors.

A highly anticipated new feature is Smart Building, which will revolutionize construction by predicting the structure you need based on your aim direction. Additionally, the season introduces a revamped gameplay mechanic, replacing keycards with vault breaches. Players will now use Meltanite, Fortnite's thermite equivalent, to crack open vaults and claim their rewards, adding a new layer of strategy to the heist experience.
