Bethesda and Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic recently teamed up for a fantastic initiative: giving The Elder Scrolls fans a chance to directly influence the creation of TES VI. This exciting opportunity led to a record-breaking auction!

One lucky, anonymous fan secured a spot in the game's world with a winning bid of $85,450. This incredible donation allows them to have a character in TES VI, either modeled after themselves or based on a design of their choosing. The auction saw participation from individual gamers and large fan communities, including UESP and The Imperial Library, who bid approximately $60,000 to honor community member Lorrane Pairrel.

While Bethesda remains tight-lipped about the winning character's specific role, fan speculation is rampant. Some express concerns about potential lore disruptions, while others celebrate this unique community integration. Meanwhile, whispers from within continue to surface, hinting at exciting new features for TES VI, including advanced shipbuilding, naval battles, and the majestic return of dragons.
