3. Fly north towards the tower.
4. Position yourself on the tower's southeast side.
5. Enter the Phlogiston Wind Tunnel (as a Qucusaurus).
6. Fly towards the open window at the tower's peak.
7. Release your Qucusaurus form.
8. Enter the tower.
9. Ascend the stairs.
10. Activate the mechanism at the top of the stairs.
11. Await the cutscene's completion.
12. Interact with the Statue of the Seven to unlock it as a teleport waypoint.

8. Use the Iktomisaurus's scan on the Nightspirit Graffiti in the room behind the lift.
9. Place the block under the jammed door.
10. Retrieve the Common Chest.
11. Proceed past the gate.
12. Scan the Nightspirit Graffiti beyond the gate.
13. Place the block under the opened gate.
14. Operate the lever.
15. Continue beyond the gates.
