Acquiring the Five Runekeys:

Whirling Runekey: This key drops from Ksvir the Forgotten, a rare spawn found in the Forgotten Vault's southernmost chamber only during a Storm.

Torrential Runekey: Collect seven Torrential Fragments from any enemy on Siren Isle while a Storm is active.
