What Does the Year of the Raptor Bring to Hearthstone?
One of the most anticipated updates is the revamp of the Arena mode. This feature, a staple since Hearthstone's inception, is set to attract a new wave of players with its upcoming refresh. Cosmetics are also getting an upgrade with the introduction of new Mythic skins, Signature cards, and an innovative addition: Pets. These adorable companions will be part of a new system for acquiring cosmetics, though Blizzard is keeping the full details under wraps for now.
The Year of the Raptor officially begins with the launch of the first expansion, "Into the Emerald Dream." Card reveals are slated to start next week, and the excitement is already building in-game. Players can earn rewards such as The Great Dark Beyond Epic cards, packs from the new expansion, and a special Raptor Herald card by completing the Event Track.
