Six Invitational 2025 Format
The format remains unchanged from 2024. For newcomers, the tournament unfolds in two phases: a group stage and a double-elimination playoff.
The group stage features a round-robin format across four groups. Every match is crucial, impacting both survival and playoff seeding. The top four teams from each group advance to the playoffs with significant advantages.
- Top 4: Begin in the upper bracket, skipping a playoff round, guaranteeing a 9th-12th place finish.
- Teams Ranked 2nd and 3rd: Also start in the upper bracket, but from round 1, allowing for one loss before elimination.
- Teams Ranked 4th: Enter the lower bracket, facing a win-or-go-home scenario in every match.
- Teams Ranked 5th: Elimination from the tournament.
