Embracer Group has just released its financial report, shedding new light on the stellar sales performance of Kingdom Come: Deliverance II. The game has proven to be a monumental success for the company, "far exceeding all expectations" by selling 1 million copies within the first 24 hours of its launch and now rapidly approaching the 2 million mark.

In its latest press release, Embracer highlighted the game's remarkable popularity on Steam and expressed strong confidence in its ongoing success.

"We are thrilled to announce that our medieval RPG, launched just over a week ago, has achieved significant success in terms of critical acclaim, player reception, and sales engagement. The game crossed the 1 million sales mark within 24 hours of release and is now on track to reach 2 million. It has also demonstrated exceptional performance on Steam, with a peak concurrent player count surpassing 250,000.
