Marvel Rivals Welcomes Invisible Woman and Season 1: Eternal Darkness Falls

Get ready for a thrilling addition to Marvel Rivals! Invisible Woman from the Fantastic Four is joining the fight on January 10th, alongside new maps, a fresh game mode, and a revamped battle pass. This marks the launch of Season 1: Eternal Darkness Falls, kicking off at 1 AM PST.

A newly released video showcases Invisible Woman's strategic gameplay. Her abilities include a primary attack that both damages opponents and heals allies, a knockback to control distance, invisibility for tactical maneuvers, a double jump for enhanced mobility, and a protective shield for teammates. Her ultimate ability creates an area of invisibility, disrupting ranged enemy attacks.

The Fantastic Four's arrival is staggered. While Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman debut in Season 1, Human Torch and The Thing will arrive later in a planned mid-season update approximately six to seven weeks after launch. NetEase Games has confirmed that full seasons will run for about three months.

Another recent trailer highlighted Mister Fantastic's gameplay, showcasing his stretching attacks and defensive capabilities, leading many to see him as a blend of Vanguard and Duelist styles.

While the Fantastic Four's inclusion is generating excitement, some players anticipated Blade's arrival in Season 1. Data mined from the game's files suggests Blade's presence, fueling speculation. However, with Dracula revealed as Season 1's primary antagonist, Blade's absence is a slight disappointment for some, though anticipation remains high for future updates.
