Microsoft has unveiled an exciting lineup of Xbox Game Pass titles set to join the service in the first half of April 2025, featuring a mix of first- and third-party games that promise to deliver a robust gaming experience. Titles such as South of Midnight, Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition, Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls – Ultimate Evil Edition, and more are slated to enhance the Game Pass library.
The details were shared in a recent Xbox Wire post, highlighting that the new additions will start rolling out from April 3. The month kicks off with Gearbox Software’s Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition, available on Cloud, Console, and PC for all Game Pass tiers. Additionally, All You Need Is Help, Still Wakes the Deep, and Wargroove 2 will join Game Pass Standard on the same day, offering a diverse range of gaming options to keep subscribers engaged throughout the month.
Following closely, on April 8, subscribers can dive into South of Midnight, available on Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X|S for all Game Pass tiers, and Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls – Ultimate Evil Edition, accessible on Console and PC for all tiers. South of Midnight, developed by Compulsion Games, is set to be one of the year's most anticipated releases, immersing players in a folklore adventure set in the Deep South. Microsoft describes it as an opportunity to "Explore the mythos and confront mysterious creatures of the Deep South in this modern folktale while learning to weave an ancient power to surmount obstacles and face the pain haunting your hometown."
The wave of new titles continues with Commandos: Origins on April 9 and Blue Prince on April 10, both available on Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X|S for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers. Rounding out the first wave, Hunt: Showdown 1896 will be added to Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass on April 15.
Alongside the new game releases, Xbox Game Pass perks are set to be refreshed for the first half of April 2025. Notable perks include the Beyond the Void Bundle for The First Descendant, the Sweet Starter Pack for Candy Crush Solitaire on mobile, and the anniversary Seventh Serving Emote for Sea of Thieves enthusiasts.
