Mortal Kombat Mobile is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a monumental update set to launch on March 25th, courtesy of Warner Bros International and NetherRealm Studios. This update promises to bring a wave of new content, including fresh fighters, an overhaul of Faction Wars, a challenging new Tower of Time, and a plethora of anniversary rewards to commemorate a decade of intense, fast-paced action.
Celebrate 10 Years of Brutal, Fast-Paced Kombat!
The most exciting addition is the introduction of MK1 Geras as a new diamond-tier fighter. With his arsenal of abilities like power absorption, healing, and damage reflection, Geras is a game-changer. To unlock him, players will need to engage in Realm Klash and progress through the Kombat Pass.
Joining the roster is Klassic Skarlet, the first gold-tier fighter capable of full ascension to Level 5. Her new abilities include unblockable attacks, a Gash debuff, and the power to steal blood droplets from opponents. You can acquire her through the Premium Plus Kombat Pass or the regular Kombat Pass.
The revamped Faction Wars, now known as Realm Klash, introduces a new competitive edge. Players can choose from five distinct realms and battle for Realm Points across two-week seasons, moving beyond the traditional fight for Blood Rubies.
In celebration of the 10th Anniversary, Mortal Kombat Mobile is introducing new ranks—Elder God, God, and Demi God. The Blood Ruby Packs are also being enhanced with new Kameo offers and MK1 Geras rewards. Alongside these, the mode receives a visual update, new banners, leaderboards, and fixes for previous exploits.
New Challenges Await in the Mortal Kombat Mobile 10th Anniversary
The Tower of Time is back with an extreme challenge, running for two weeks with only 50 floors. Players can collect seven new pieces of Tower of Time equipment, and special Brutality equipment sets for MK1 Smoke and MK1 Geras. A Fusion Boost modifier will also be in play, enhancing the lowest fused card in your team to ensure balanced gameplay. Alongside the new tower, familiar towers such as the Klassic Tower, Dark Queen’s Tower, and Black Dragon Tower are returning.
As part of the anniversary festivities, starting April 1st, players will receive a free copy of each character featured in the anniversary promo for 10 consecutive days. Additionally, three gold-tier fighters—Lizard Jade, Edenian Blood Sindel, and Klassic Smoke—are now available for ascension.
