Niantic has exciting news for Pokémon GO enthusiasts: Shroodle and its evolution, Grafaiai, will make their debut during the Fashion Week: Taken Over event. This thrilling event is scheduled to begin on January 15, 2025, and promises a host of new features and bonuses for players to enjoy.
Shroodle, a Poison/Normal-type Pokémon introduced in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, is characterized by its large head and eyes, which dominate nearly half its body size. At level 28, Shroodle evolves into Grafaiai, a primate-like Pokémon resembling a lemur, complete with distinctive large eyes and three-fingered hands of varying sizes. Both creatures have also appeared in episodes of Pokémon Horizons, adding to their allure.
During the Fashion Week: Taken Over event, which runs from January 15 at 12 am to January 19 at 8 pm local time, Shroodle will be available in 12 km eggs. Players can evolve Shroodle into Grafaiai using 50 Shroodle Candy. The event also features increased appearances of Team GO Rocket at PokéStops and in balloons, offering players the chance to help Shadow Pokémon forget the Charged Attack Frustration with a Charged TM. Additionally, taking a snapshot during the event may lead to an encounter with a fashion week-themed Croagunk.
