It’s Not Plants Vs Zombies, It’s Plants Vs Weeds In Plantoons!

Plantoons: Backyard Battleground – A Quirky Tower Defense Game

Indie developer Theo Clarke's Plantoons transforms your backyard into a vibrant battle arena where plants wage war against invading weeds. This Plants vs. Zombies-inspired game offers a unique twist on tower defense gameplay.

The Plantoons Gameplay

Your garden becomes a gladiator stadium as you strategically deploy plants to defend against relentless waves of weeds. Forget passive plant placement; you'll level up and upgrade your leafy warriors to withstand increasingly aggressive weed attacks.

The game begins with selecting a plant from your arsenal and positioning it on the battlefield. Your objective: fend off the escalating weed onslaught. Thankfully, these weeds seem less terrifying than their zombie counterparts!

As you progress, you'll earn reward cards that enhance your plant army. Boost attack power, strengthen defenses, or increase pollen production to customize your strategy. Strategic plant placement within the meadow is key to building an effective defensive line.

Each plant boasts unique abilities and stats. Completing challenges expands your Card Bank, allowing you to fine-tune your plant army and create the ultimate defensive setup.
