Pokémon Go debuts new Grow Together ticket to give new players a boost, for a price

by Logan Jan 02,2025

Pokémon Go introduces a new "Grow Together" ticket to accelerate player progress. Priced at $4.99, this limited-time ticket (available July 17th to September 3rd, 2024) offers a significant XP boost.

This boost provides 5x XP for the first PokéStop spin daily, throughout the Shared Skies season. The ticket also includes a Premium Timed Research task, rewarding players with premium items and unique Pokémon encounters featuring special evolution criteria. Players can gift tickets to Great Friends or higher, and online PokéStore purchases receive two bonus eggs.

Is it worth the cost? The inability to purchase the ticket using PokéCoins might be a deterrent for some. However, for dedicated players seeking a convenient leveling-up method and access to exclusive content, it might prove valuable. The decision ultimately depends on individual player commitment and enjoyment of the game.
