Honkai: Star Rail Leaks Reveal Screwllum's Animations

Recent leaks from the Honkai: Star Rail community offer a sneak peek at the in-game animations for the highly anticipated character, Mechanical Aristocrat Screwllum I (Screwllum). Since its April 2023 launch, Honkai: Star Rail's roster has expanded significantly with each update. The current 2.3 update introduced Firefly and a rerun for Ruan Mei, while the second banner features Jade and Argenti.

Screwllum, a prominent figure in the main storyline, is a mechanical lifeform leading the resistance against Genius Society #27. He's also known as member #76 of the Genius Society, residing on Planet Screwllum. A leaker, fireflylover, shared Screwllum's in-game animations, seemingly emotes or menu animations. It's important to note this data predates Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.0, so HoYoverse may have since updated his model.

Screwllum's Release and Abilities

Herta, another Genius Society member, has praised Screwllum's exceptional hacking skills, rivaling Silver Wolf's. Many believe his combat animations will reflect these skills. Previous leaks suggest he'll be an Imaginary-type offensive character. His Skill will likely inflict multi-target Imaginary damage, scaling with ATK. His Ultimate is anticipated to reduce enemy Imaginary damage resistance and attack all enemies.

However, a concrete release date remains elusive. The recent Special Program didn't reveal Screwllum, suggesting he won't be joining the roster immediately. He's confirmed absent from updates 2.3 and 2.4, which will feature Yunli and Jiaoqiu. Yunli is expected on the first limited banner of 2.4, with Jiaoqiu following in the second phase.
