Step into the Frozen Tundra in Monster Hunter Now Season 4!

Niantic has unleashed the frosty fun of Monster Hunter Now Season 4, transforming the game world into a winter wonderland. Prepare for icy adventures filled with new monsters, weapons, and features designed to keep the hunt thrilling, even with virtual frostbite.

What's New in Monster Hunter Now Season 4?

Season 4 introduces a breathtaking snowy tundra habitat. Brave knee-deep snow, icy winds, and a host of formidable monsters. This season welcomes Lagombi, Volvidon, Somnacanth, and the fearsome Tigrex to the hunt. Barioth also makes an appearance, along with smaller monsters like Wulg and Cortos. Tigrex will be a major player in Hunt-a-thons and may even surprise you in the field. Unlock these powerful creatures by completing urgent quests as you progress through Season 4's story chapters. Unlocking the tundra awaits after completing the prologue.

A brand-new weapon joins the arsenal: the Switch Axe. This versatile weapon offers the best of both worlds. Unleash powerful, long-reaching strikes in Axe Mode, then seamlessly transition to the ferocious speed of Sword Mode. Unlock the Switch Gauge by completing the pre-season story in Chapter 2.

Customize your very own Palico companion! These helpful allies will assist in gathering materials and scouting monsters. Personalize their fur color, facial features, and give them a name as unique (or ridiculous) as you like. AR enthusiasts can even bring their custom Palico into the real world for some memorable photos.

Season 4 introduces Friend Cheering, adding a cooperative element to your hunts. Send cheers to your friends to provide them with a temporary health boost for the day. Note that there’s a limit to the amount of health you can gain from cheers.
