Update: Genshin Impact 6.0 Leak Reveals Intriguing New Region

Genshin Impact Version 6.0: Nasha Town and Nod-Krai Location Revealed?

Recent leaks from Genshin Impact's beta servers suggest the locations of Nasha Town and Nod-Krai, both anticipated for Version 6.0. While the fiery Natlan region is still under development, beta builds are increasingly incorporating placeholders for the Cryo nation of Snezhnaya, the Tsaritsa's icy domain. Snezhnaya's immense size, dwarfing even Sumeru and Liyue, spanning west from Natlan and encircling Fontaine to the north, necessitates a regional division.

Previous leaks hinted at Nod-Krai as a separate region in Version 6.0; however, recent datamining strongly confirms its location. As an autonomous Snezhnayan province and crucial trade hub, Nod-Krai connects Snezhnaya to the rest of Teyvat. Liben's information places Nod-Krai in Snezhnaya's south, suggesting access via Fontaine or Natlan.

Leakflow, Extra, and footage from The_Strifemaster (from the Version 5.4 beta) reveal a placeholder landmass beneath Fontaine's western waterfalls. This landmass appears connected to Mont Esus, a rumored Fontaine expansion. While this doesn't confirm Mont Esus's release timing, the evidence strongly points towards Nasha Town and Nod-Krai.

Genshin Impact: Unveiling Nod-Krai

Nod-Krai is both a region and city on Snezhnaya's southern border. Despite the Voynich Guild's attempts at order, Nod-Krai maintains a reputation for lawlessness. A significant Fatui stronghold, led by the popular Harbinger Dottore, operates within Nod-Krai. Nasha Town is a key settlement, and Nod-Krai's inhabitants reportedly wield power predating Teyvat's seven Elements.

Dividing Snezhnaya into multiple releases might be controversial, but its sheer size likely makes a single-year release impractical, narratively and developmentally. With Natlan's Archon Quest concluding in Version 5.3, subsequent updates will gradually introduce Snezhnaya. While Capitano's fate remains unclear, Natlan will introduce Skirk, a playable character linked to Khaenri'ah's Five Sinners. Barring delays, Version 6.0 is slated for September 10, 2025.
