Diagnose and Reset Vehicle Trouble Codes with OBD Arny
OBD Arny is a user-friendly OBD2 diagnostic scanner app. It requires an ELM327 Bluetooth or Wi-Fi adapter for connection to your vehicle. Important: Ensure your car is OBD2 compliant. ELM327 adapter version 1.5 is recommended; version 2.1 adapters are prone to issues.
Getting Started:
- Download the OBD Arny app.
- Enable Bluetooth on your device.
- Discover your ELM adapter (Bluetooth adapters only).
- Select your adapter within the app's settings.
- Begin scanning your vehicle.
Diagnostic Capabilities:
OBD Arny, using your ELM327 adapter, provides:
- Basic vehicle information retrieval (OBD2 standard).
- Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) reading and clearing from the Electronic Control Unit (ECU).
- Real-time data monitoring (speed, RPM, coolant temperature, engine load, fuel trims, pressures, etc.).
A demo mode is available for exploring the app's features without an adapter.
Full Version Features:
The free version has limited functionality. The full version offers:
- Ad-free experience.
- Access to all diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).
- Selection of up to 10 live data parameters (versus 3 in the free version).
- Freeze frame data.
Note: The number of supported live data parameters depends on your vehicle, not the app version.
