Can you rescue the galaxy from itself, or will it destroy you first?
The corporations are hunting you. The police are on your tail. Even your ex has clawed their way out of the grave to try and drag you back. All the while, the fate of the galaxy teeters on a knife's edge, and only you can bar the gates of hell.
"Whiskey-Four" is a standalone, 396,000-word interactive novel by John Louis. It is entirely text-based, without graphics or sound effects, driven by the immense, unstoppable power of your imagination.
You are a retired contract killer from the Anomalous Interference Unit. Injured on duty, you were forced into early retirement—only to be reactivated on a distant frontier world to confront a horrific, unknowable threat.
A profound sense of malaise permeates the void. Something vast is stirring, something that threatens the entire galaxy.
You are the only one in a position to stop it before it's too late.
Too bad everyone else wants you dead.
