BEFORE SENSOR ACTIVATION
Before activating your sensor, select your preferred device (phone or reader).
Alarms and glucose readings are device-specific (phone OR reader, not both). [3]
For phone-based alarms and readings, activate the sensor using the FreeStyle Libre 2 app. For reader-based readings and alarms, activate using the reader.
The app and reader do not share data. For complete data, scan your sensor every 8 hours with your chosen device. Consolidated data from all devices can be viewed on LibreView.com.
