Create pixel art, animate sprites, and edit game textures with Inktica!
Design pixel art with Inktica - a powerful yet intuitive pixel art editor. Create artwork inspired by the low-resolution graphics of classic computers and game consoles, or modify textures for your games.
Inktica features specialized tools for editing images at the pixel level. Available drawing tools include Brush, Eraser, Flood-fill, Gradient, Line, Rectangle, Ellipse, and Pipette. These tools come with pixel-perfect options, such as the "pixel perfect" brush algorithm for drawing precise single-pixel lines.
Use Inktica's selection tool to copy, cut, move, and paste sections of your drawing or texture. You can also rotate or flip selections before pasting them.
Inktica supports layers, helping you organize your pixel art and edit specific elements with ease.
Bring your sprites to life with animation tools. While creating pixel animations, use the onion skin feature to compare the current frame with the previous one.
Inktica lets you use color palettes from beloved classic consoles like the Atari 2600, NES, or Game Boy. You can also import stunning color palettes from Lospec.
While drawing, open a reference image from your gallery to quickly compare your work with the source.
Once your drawing is complete, share it on social media or export it to your device. Exported images can be upscaled to prevent blurring on non-pixel-art platforms.
Inktica also allows you to edit pixel art created with other tools. It supports importing Aseprite files (.ase, .aseprite) as well as common image formats (.png, .jpeg, .gif, etc.).
