Arknights: Endfield January Beta Test: Expanded Gameplay and New Features
Get ready for the next Arknights: Endfield beta test, launching mid-January! This new phase, announced on December 25, 2024 by Niche Gamer, boasts significant improvements based on player feedback from the previous test.
Key Enhancements:
- Expanded Roster: Fifteen playable characters, including two Endministrators, will be available, featuring updated models, animations, and special effects.
- Refined Combat: Experience enhanced combat with new combo skills and a newly implemented dodge mechanic. Item usage and character progression have also been tweaked for a more rewarding experience.
- Base Building Overhaul: The base building system receives a major update, including new defensive structures, expandable factories via outposts, and improved tutorial levels.
- Story and Map Updates: A reworked storyline, along with new maps and puzzles, awaits players.
- Language Options: Players can select from Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and English voiceovers and text.
Beta Test Sign-Up:
Registration opened on December 14, 2024. While the application deadline and beta test start date remain unannounced, selected participants will receive an email notification from GRYPHLINE, including installation instructions.
Arknights: Endfield Content Creator Program Vol. 1:
Concurrently, Arknights: Endfield launched its Content Creator Program Vol. 1 (December 15th - 29th, 2024). This program offers selected creators access to the official community, exclusive perks, and special events. Applicants can apply under two categories: Gameplay Insights (reviews, lore discussions, streams, etc.) and Fan Creations (memes, fanart, cosplay, etc.). While requirements are similar across categories (original content, account ownership, link to past work), selection isn't guaranteed.
