Edward "Eddie" Richtoften, a fan-favorite character who played a significant role in *Call of Duty: Cold War*, is set to return in this new map. Keen observers have identified the setting as the Mansion from Liberty Falls, dated February 1991 on the teaser image. This timeline aligns perfectly with the narrative from the last *Black Ops 6* Zombies map, The Tomb, suggesting a continuation of the story.
One notable change in this new map is the absence of Amalgam enemies. Treyarch confirmed this on their Instagram account in response to a user's comment about facing 20 amalgams on the map. The developers simply replied, "Nope." Amalgams, known for their high HP and powerful attacks, will not be present, potentially offering players a smoother gameplay experience in this new location.
