Castle Duels: Tower Defense Drops Update 3.0 With A Lot Of Tweaks!

Castle Duels: Tower Defense 3.0: A Global Launch with Clan Warfare and More!

Castle Duels: Tower Defense, which soft-launched in select regions in June 2024, has officially launched globally with its major 3.0 update. This update introduces exciting new features, challenges, and adventures.

What's New in Castle Duels 3.0?

The most significant addition is the introduction of clans, allowing players to team up, share units, send rewards, and purchase items from a dedicated clan store. Clan functionality unlocks at Arena 2.

For PvP enthusiasts, training battles provide a practice ground to hone skills.

The Clan Tournament pits teams of five against each other in a race to complete daily quests for top prizes. This feature becomes available at Arena 5.

Unit Overhauls and Name Changes

Several units have received visual updates and name changes:

  • Raphael is now Angel, focusing on health restoration instead of damage boosts.
  • Knight of Light is now Risen.
  • Forestlord is now Woodbeard.
  • Riding Hood is now a damage-dealing unit with long-range attacks.
  • The Golem's ability range has been reduced to better suit its melee role.
  • Fighter has transitioned to a defense role, gaining a new ability to repel opponents and reduce their damage.

Units such as Pirate, Alchemist, Poison Frog, Combat Engineer, and Vampire have also received visual makeovers, particularly noticeable at higher merge ranks.
