Stun the Monster
Ebony Odogaron's notorious speed can be a real headache for players. To counter this, consider using Flashflies to momentarily stun the creature. These can be found nearby, and triggering them can give you a crucial window to attack. Additionally, crafting Flash Pods to shoot at the monster can help immobilize it, giving you a better chance to strike effectively.
Bring Teammates
Tackling Ebony Odogaron solo can be overwhelming due to its relentless attacks. To ease the burden, bring along teammates by sending out SOS signals. If human players don't join, NPCs can serve as helpful distractions, drawing the monster's attention away from you, allowing you to dodge and counterattack more safely.
Pull Down Entangled Rocks
During the battle, you may encounter areas with Entangled Rocks overhead. Using your slinger to pull them down can stun the monster for a few precious seconds. Remember, this tactic can only be used once per fight. Additionally, employing Pitfall and Shock Traps can immobilize the creature two more times, providing ample opportunities for damage.
Beware of Dragonblight
Ebony Odogaron can inflict Dragonblight, which hampers your ability to deal elemental or status effect damage. To mitigate this, carry Nulberries to quickly cleanse the effect, or equip decorations with Level 3 Dragon Resistance or Blight Resistance to prevent it entirely.
Inflict Paralysis
