2025 is set to be a monumental year for DC Comics, with one of the most eagerly awaited projects being the sequel to the iconic "Batman: Hush" storyline, aptly titled "Batman: Hush 2." This sequel is especially significant as it marks the return of DC's President, Publisher, and Chief Creative Officer, Jim Lee, to the monthly Batman comic series. The saga begins in Batman #158, which hits shelves in March, continuing the narrative thread from the original "Hush" saga that ran from 2002 to 2004.
DC has provided fans with an enticing extended preview of Batman #158, as well as an early glimpse into Batman #159 and a showcase of the various variant covers for "Hush 2," or "H2sh" as some call it. You can explore these in the slideshow gallery below:

Although DC has explored several Hush-related storylines since the original concluded, "Batman: Hush 2" stands out as the first to be crafted by the original creative team. The reunion of writer Jeph Loeb, artist Jim Lee, inker Scott Williams, colorist Alex Sinclair, and letterer Richard Starkings promises to bring fans a compelling continuation.
Building on the recent epilogue in the "Batman: Hush 20th Anniversary Edition," "Hush 2" follows Batman as he uncovers evidence that his childhood friend Tommy Elliot, aka Hush, survived their last confrontation. This revelation sets the stage for a new mystery where Hush manipulates Batman's network of allies and adversaries.
"Hush 2" will unfold across Batman #158-163, with the first issue, #158, scheduled for release on March 26. Following this storyline, DC plans to relaunch the series with a new #1 issue and a fresh costume for Batman, heralding a new era under the creative direction of writer Matt Fraction and artist Jorge Jimenez.
