What is Donkey Kong Country Returns HD?
Donkey Kong Country Returns HD is a remastered version of a previously re-released title. Following its 2010 Wii debut and subsequent 2013 3DS release (including eight exclusive levels), this HD edition bundles all original and 3DS levels.
The game maintains its challenging gameplay, but this release offers an easier mode (from the 3DS version) with additional hearts and assistance. Expect classic platforming elements: leaping across gaps, vine swinging, barrel blasting, banana collecting, and more. Two-player couch co-op is also available upon finding Diddy Kong.
