EA Unveils The Sims 4: Businesses & Hobbies Gameplay

Electronic Arts has just unveiled the exciting Businesses and Hobbies expansion for The Sims 4, and now they've released a captivating gameplay trailer that offers an in-depth look at the upcoming features. If you're familiar with The Sims 2: Open for Business or The Sims 2: Freetime, you'll find this expansion feels like coming back to a beloved classic, as it draws inspiration from both. It also enhances the gameplay introduced in The Sims 4: Get to Work by expanding career paths and introducing a plethora of new hobbies for your Sims to delve into.

Running a business in this expansion goes beyond just managing a tattoo parlor. Virtually any activity can be transformed into a lucrative enterprise. Dreaming of starting a daycare for toddlers? You can do that. Want to give paid lectures? That's a profitable option as well! However, no business can succeed without a team. You can hire up to three Sims as employees, or keep it a family affair if you prefer.

One of the most thrilling features is the seamless integration with previous expansions. If you own The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs, you can now open your very own cat café! This expansion allows you to turn your passion into a career, whether it's running a ceramics shop, a tattoo studio, or a training workshop. You can charge customers by the hour or with a one-time entry fee. If you're passionate about body art, you'll have the opportunity to design your own tattoos!

The Businesses & Hobbies expansion is set to launch on March 6. Pre-orders are currently available, and early adopters will receive a special bonus: the Business Starter pack, which includes a decorative statue, a bakery display case, and a stylish desk lamp.
