Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl boasts a diverse range of armor, enhancing player survival against The Zone's perils. The SEVA-V suit, a top-tier member of the SEVA series, stands out as a valuable, free acquisition. Its early-game availability makes it ideal for those seeking robust PSI protection. Here's how to obtain it:
Locating the SEVA-V Suit
The SEVA-V suit is located at the Scientist Helicopter Point of Interest (POI) in Stalker 2's Rostok region. This POI is southwest of the Rostok base, in a large field featuring a crashed helicopter within an Electro anomaly and a large, rusty crane. Reaching the suit requires some climbing.
Accessing the POI and Ascending the Crane
Upon entering the Scientist Helicopter POI, you'll see a crashed helicopter (right, within an Electro anomaly) and a ladder leading up the rusty crane (left). Before climbing, use an artifact detector to retrieve an Electro-type artifact from the anomaly field – this will prove beneficial.
Climb the crane. Once at the top, move right across the crane to the operator's cabin (left).
Retrieving the SEVA-V Suit and its Specifications
In the operator's cabin, carefully jump across the gap and locate a bag containing valuable supplies and the SEVA-V armor. Retrace your steps to descend.
The SEVA-V suit can be upgraded by Screw, the technician at Rostok base. It supports four artifact slots and provides excellent radiation protection with respectable PSI protection. If you already possess superior armor, selling the SEVA-V suit yields a substantial amount of in-game currency.
