Escapist Puzzle Game Superliminal Dreams Onto Mobile

by Patrick Feb 08,2025

Superliminal, the acclaimed indie puzzle game, arrives on mobile devices this July! Prepare to escape a perplexing recurring dream using ingenious forced perspective mechanics.

This first-person puzzle adventure, developed by Pillow Castle and published by Noodlecake, launches on iOS and Android on July 30th. Pre-registration is now open on both app stores. The mobile version will include controller support.

The game begins with a late-night TV advertisement for Dr. Pierce's dream therapy—a seemingly innocuous ad that plunges you into a surreal, recurring dream. As an unwitting test subject, you must navigate a series of increasingly challenging puzzles to break free.

Guided (somewhat) by the reassuring voice of Dr. Glenn Pierce and his less-helpful AI assistant, you'll manipulate object sizes, creating pathways and overcoming obstacles through clever use of perspective. Later puzzles introduce trompe-l'œil illusions, demanding precise viewing angles for solutions.

Enjoy a 25% launch discount for the first two weeks, after which the game will be priced at $7.99. A free trial is available before committing to the full purchase. For more information, visit Pillow Castle's website or connect with them on Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), or YouTube.
