A new cinematic trailer accompanies the announcement, showcasing a dramatic pirate attack that toppled great Empires and the subsequent activation of the Valhalla system, resurrecting legendary Commanders. Players will step into the role of a Commander, tasked with pushing back against these threats and reclaiming New Eden. Strategic choices begin with selecting an Empire, which dictates the types of ships available for your fleet.
