Halls of Torment Pre-Register Now on Android

Erabit Studios has opened pre-registration for the mobile remake of Halls of Torment, with an official launch scheduled for September 1st, 2025. The game achieved significant success on PC following its full release in September 2024, after spending a year in early access.

It's worth noting that a premium version of Halls of Torment was already released on mobile last October, priced at $4.99. The upcoming release will be a freemium version, allowing players to experience its retro horde survival gameplay at no cost.

A mix of roguelike and late ’90s RPG visuals

Players assume the roles of various heroes, descending into eerie halls to battle endless waves of grotesque enemies. Along the way, formidable Lords challenge your strategic thinking and survival abilities in intense combat encounters.

Erabit Studios has expanded and refined the PC experience for mobile. Game sessions are shorter and more suitable for on-the-go play, with battles typically lasting between 6 and 15 minutes. Despite the shorter runtime, the game retains hundreds of traits, skills, quests, and items to discover and master.

Several returning locations and features have been redesigned. The Shrine of Torment now presents more demanding trials, while the Vault map has been overhauled to provide more rewarding loot, including powerful legendary gems. The mobile edition also introduces global leaderboards.

At launch, 11 unique character classes will be available. Players can craft magical potions with the Goddess of Fortune's blessing to gain new advantages during each run. For a closer look, check out the Halls of Torment pre-registration trailer below.

Pre-register Now

The game launches in just a few weeks with an improved user interface. Interested players can pre-register now on the Google Play Store.

As promised during the premium version's launch, Erabit Studios is releasing this freemium edition to reach a broader mobile audience. Since the premium version mirrors the PC game's content, it will be intriguing to see what the freemium version includes.
