The Cell Garden is a crucial location within your Panopticon, encountered early in Freedom Wars Remastered's main story. Once discovered, it becomes a valuable resource-farming area, offering a safer alternative to hazardous operations. Multiple Cell Gardens exist throughout the game, each accessed using a consistent method regardless of your current level. Let's explore how to locate and utilize these gardens effectively.
Where To Find Cell Garden Entrances In Freedom Wars Remastered
Your initial encounter with the Cell Garden involves a quest from Mattias, prompting an investigation into a mysterious ghost girl story. To begin your search, head to Level 2's main cell block (2-A000). In the left corner, you'll find a small room resembling an elevator. Interact with it to travel to 2-E165, the same area where you previously encountered Enzo.
From 2-E165, follow the right-hand wall to another small room containing a device leading to 2-G100. Repeat this process one last time; the far room in 2-G100 houses the device that finally transports you to the Cell Garden.
This route remains consistent across all levels. Unlocking the Quick-Travel Entitlement significantly reduces travel time. After completing the main quest involving the Cell Garden, you gain access to it and other Cell Gardens at any time. However, acquiring a specific Entitlement is highly recommended for efficiency. Each device leading to the next area or the Cell Garden is clearly marked with a blue door icon.
How Does The Cell Garden Work In Freedom Wars Remastered
The Cell Garden's function differs slightly during the main story mission compared to subsequent visits. Here's how it works outside of the main questline:
- Time Limit: You have a one-minute time limit before being automatically ejected.
- Dynamic Layout: The room's layout changes each time you enter.
- Resource Collection: Eight resources, represented by small green orbs, are scattered throughout the room.
To extend your time within the Cell Garden, purchase Entitlements from the Window on Liberty. These upgrades increase your time limit; the first upgrade grants two minutes and unlocks at CODE level 3. More complex layouts may necessitate these upgrades.
