Acquiring the Mistral Lift
The Mistral Lift is exclusively obtainable from Eva Levante. To purchase it, you'll need:
- One Gift in Return: Crafted by baking Dawning holiday treats (like the Neomun-Cake) and gifting them to NPCs.
- 25 Dawning Spirits: Earned by completing daily Dawning quests and bounties from Eva Levante.
Eva also sells Festive Engrams for a Gift in Return and 10 Dawning Spirits, offering a chance (though not guaranteed) to receive the Mistral Lift. Repeat the process until you obtain the desired roll.
