In *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, some quests are locked until you reach Kuttenberg. Once there, you can freely travel between regions, opening up new adventures. Here's a detailed guide on how to complete the "Under the Straw Hat" quest, starting with its precursor, "In Vino Veritas."

To begin the "Under the Straw Hat" quest, you must first initiate "In Vino Veritas" in Kuttenberg. Upon arrival, locate Casper Rudolf on the west side of the city, offering free wine samples. Casper seeks your help in gathering information to refine his wine.
You have two paths to gather the necessary wine knowledge. You can either directly approach Havel, which requires you to be dressed in fancy attire and clean. When conversing with Havel, choose "Germany," "Steinberger," and "It’s missing ginger" to extract the information you need. Alternatively, retrieve Casper’s book from Adleta, read it, and then proceed to Havel. After obtaining the information, return to Casper and share your findings.

Next, Casper tasks you with infiltrating a vineyard north of Kuttenberg to gather more details about the incense Havel mentioned. To avoid trespassing, stick to the main road into the vineyard and speak with the recruiter, who will initiate the "Under the Straw Hat" quest. Continue along the road, pass a guard, and find Jerome sitting on a bench. Inform Jerome that you've been instructed to report there, and he'll brief you on working at the vineyard.
Working at the Vineyard

Your job at the vineyard starts the following day. After resting at an inn or your chosen sleeping spot, return to the vineyard in the morning. To earn payment, you must move sacks to their designated spots and pick plants like Thistle around the vines. Alternatively, if you're focused solely on the quest, head straight to the secret incense in the wine cellar.
The cellar is located in the main building, downstairs from where you met Jerome. Accessing it requires either a lockpick or stealing the keys from Jerome. Inside the cellar, locate a chest and collect all the Sulphur Wicks to fulfill the main objective. For an increased reward, also pick up five seedlings from a room across the main building, though this is considered trespassing, so be swift.
If you complete your work duties, report to Jerome at the end of the day to receive your pay. Otherwise, return to Casper with the Sulphur Wicks and possibly the seedlings to complete both "Under the Straw Hat" and "In Vino Veritas" quests in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*.
With these quests completed, you can now explore other side quests like "Master Schindel’s Toys."
*Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is available now on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.*
