While there hasn't been an official announcement yet, aside from a report by Insider Gaming, a Hogwarts Legacy: Definitive Edition is rumored to be in the works for a 2025 release. This anticipated director’s cut is expected to feature 10-15 hours of new DLC content, which could lay the groundwork for plot developments in the sequel and enhance connections to the upcoming HBO adaptation. As it stands, the only available DLC for the original Hogwarts Legacy is The Dark Arts Legacy Pack, priced at $19.99. This pack includes the Thestral Mount, Dark Arts Cosmetic Set, and the Dark Arts Battle Arena. This raises the question: will Hogwarts Legacy 2 launch with its own DLC, or will fans have to wait as they did with the first game?
