Bethesda has announced that Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will receive Update 3 next week. In a tweet, they shared preliminary details about the update, which is expected to introduce several fixes and enhancements, along with support for Nvidia DLSS 4, featuring Multi Frame Generation and DLSS Ray Reconstruction.
Since its launch in early December, the game has encountered numerous game-breaking bugs, and players are eagerly awaiting Update 3 to resolve these issues. Last month, Bethesda mentioned that the February update would introduce new graphical features and options, and address bugs that have hindered some players from achieving 100% completion and from performing actions like climbing vines or squeezing through walls in Sukhothai. It remains to be seen if these changes will be part of next week's patch.
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, developed by MachineGames, was released on PC and Xbox Series X and S, and debuted on Game Pass due to its Microsoft ownership. The game has attracted 4 million players and received critical acclaim, securing three awards at the D.I.C.E. Awards. A PlayStation 5 version is slated for release this spring.
In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, Harrison Ford, the iconic Indiana Jones actor, praised Troy Baker's portrayal of the character in the game. Ford humorously remarked, "You don’t need artificial intelligence to steal my soul. You can already do it for nickels and dimes with good ideas and talent. He did a brilliant job, and it didn’t take AI to do it."
