Obtaining Lapras EX in Pokémon TCG Pocket
Currently, a Lapras EX event is running in Pokémon TCG Pocket. Participate in event battles against AI opponents using Lapras-themed Water decks to earn Promo Packs. These Promo Packs are your only source for Lapras EX.
Remember, this event concludes on November 18th, so act quickly!
Each Promo Pack contains a single card, randomly selected from: Mankey, Pikachu, Clefairy, Butterfree, and Lapras EX. While the drop rates appear even, obtaining Lapras EX relies on luck. You might get lucky on your first pack, or it could take 20 or more. For guaranteed Promo Packs, focus on the Expert difficulty battles. While other difficulties offer a chance at a pack, only Expert guarantees one after each battle.
Completing all stages awards Event Hourglasses, allowing you to replenish your Event stamina and continue farming. If you have a pre-built Pikachu EX deck, you can even auto-battle the Expert stage, freeing you from constant active play.
