Marvel Rivals Leak Suggests a PvE Mode Could Be Coming

Marvel Rivals Season 1: Dracula, Fantastic Four, and Hints of PvE

A recent leak suggests exciting developments for Marvel Rivals, including a potential PvE mode and a delayed Ultron release. Season 1, launching January 10th at 1 AM PST, will introduce Dracula as the primary antagonist and add the Fantastic Four to the playable roster. A new, darker version of New York City is also anticipated as a new map.

The prominent leaker, RivalsLeaks, claims a PvE mode is under development, citing a source who allegedly played an early version. Further supporting this, RivalsInfo reportedly discovered a related tag within the game files. However, RivalsLeaks acknowledges the possibility of cancellation or postponement. Another leaker also points to a potential Capture the Flag mode in development, suggesting NetEase Games is actively expanding the game's features.

Ultron's arrival has reportedly been pushed back to Season 2 or later. Despite a recent leak revealing his abilities (a Strategist capable of drone-based healing and attacks), the addition of four new characters in Season 1 seems to have delayed his introduction.

While some fans express disappointment regarding Ultron's delay, speculation around Blade's imminent release is rampant. Given Season 1's Dracula theme and leaked Blade abilities, many anticipate his debut soon after the Fantastic Four's arrival. With numerous confirmed details and further leaks anticipated, excitement for Season 1: Eternal Night Falls is high.
