Veilguard Unlikely to Release DLC Any Time Soon as BioWare Focuses on Mass Effect 5 据《滚石》杂志最近报道，BioWare目前没有计划为《龙腾世纪：帷幕守护者》推出任何“可下载内容”。BioWare创意总监John Epler表示，由于《帷幕守护者》“现已完成”，他们没有计划为其制作DLC。此外，随着《帷幕守护者》的正式发布，BioWare现已将精力转向其军事科幻系列的下一部作品——《质量效应》。

虽然BioWare没有分享更多关于《帷幕守护者》DLC计划的细节，但Epler确实就开发者对发行一款包含早期《龙腾世纪》游戏的重制合集的看法发表了评论，这类似于他们对《质量效应传奇版》所做的工作，该版本对《质量效应》、《质量效应2》和《质量效应3》进行了现代化改造，使其适用于今天的游戏主机。
